My name is Kristen Lavinder.  I am a Realtor with Damon Gettier and Associates Realtors, Brokered by EXP Realty. I am from Roanoke, VA and was raised in the Cave Spring area.  I am a single mother of two teenage boys who motivate me to be the best version of myself in every aspect of my life.  My favorite part of being their mom is watching them grow into young men and enjoying anything that we can do together as a family.  It has been my passion to care for others and lend a hand when needed.  My grandfather created the slogan “Virginia Is For Lovers” and that statement has never held as much weight as it does now for me in my career as a Realtor. I became a Realtor to share the joy it brings to people to find the perfect home for themselves or their families and help make their process smooth, fun and enjoyable!  My goal is to leave an impression on those I am able to guide through the homebuying process and build lasting relationships in the valley!
